Origin Story
The idea behind Walk Me Through first came into being in Boston, MA, when Founder and CEO Lynzi Clyde was asked to go see a property for a friend. "We can't get out there before we move for our new job. Can you please go see this place for us?"
Renting is expensive, and you have to put insane amounts of money down to sign for your place. This isn't something you want to get wrong. Lynzi realized that there was a HUGE need for a company that could lessen the burden of an out-of-state renter, giving them confidence to send the money, sign the lease, and check "housing" off their list.
Thus, Walk Me Through was born.
