What does it cost?

  • A virtual or in-person showing: A real person on the ground, working for you, not the landlord. $125/$200.

  • A 30 min phone call: You tell them why you're moving and what you want, and they give advice about where you should look, and what to avoid. $50.

  • A list of VERIFIED, AVAILABLE rentals: They do the work of calling and making sure it's a good fit, and that it's available. They send you the list of contenders. Boom. $75.
